Why Softpro CMS

Softpro CMS is a modern, flexible content management system built for complex government and enterprise platforms. It combines ease of use, custom data modeling, and full adaptability to your internal processes.

Unlike traditional CMSs with rigid content types, Softpro CMS lets you create your own data models — collections, singletons, menus, media — all through the UI, without coding. You can:

  • design content structures through a visual builder;
  • add various field types (text, number, image, file, links, date, etc.);
  • reorder fields and enable multilingual content.

The content editor in Softpro CMS supports:

  • rich text (WYSIWYG) editing;
  • a YAML editor for structured content;
  • live preview (in development) to instantly see changes;
  • bulk publishing and status management (draft, published, archived).

Each user in the system can have clearly defined access levels:

  • access only to specific collections or content types;
  • permissions to edit, publish, or moderate;
  • isolated “spaces” for managing multiple projects independently within one system.

All content is automatically available via REST API:

  • with filtering, pagination, and search support;
  • preserving the data structure;
  • with multilingual and status handling;
  • and secured with authentication.

This enables easy integration with any frontend — React, Vue, Angular, or even mobile apps.

Softpro CMS supports field-level localization. Content can be authored in multiple languages, with versioning and visibility per locale.

Softpro CMS seamlessly integrates with external APIs, document management systems, geographic data platforms, and more. It supports:

  • custom fields,
  • webhooks,
  • and modular extensions.

The system meets the requirements for security, scalability, and long-term data retention. It’s used by government institutions for:

  • public portals,
  • electronic registries,
  • analytical dashboards.

Softpro CMS is more than just a content manager. It’s a platform builder — designed to support large-scale information systems with structured workflows, role-based access, and long-term flexibility.
